Greg Evans earned a research based PhD in the field of Positive Psychology from the University of Queensland and is on the board of directors of the Canadian Positive Psychology Association (CPPA). Greg is the director of HEG, Inc., a company that increases flourishing and performance in individuals, organizations, schools, and communities through evidence-based strategies. Greg was part of the core planning committee that brought you the 2nd Canadian Conference on Positive Psychology and is the leader of the Positive Education Mastermind Group. He has a Human Resources Management graduate diploma from Durham College and helps organizations implement positive psychology based assessments and interventions within the Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace. In partnership with Ridley College, Greg is the co-author of a grade 11 open course curriculum entitled The Foundations of Positive Psychology. Greg has recently been added to the faculty at the Flourishing Center—facilitating a 200 hr., 6-month Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP). He is a regular speaker, executive coach, and workshop facilitator in diverse industries. Greg has been selected to speak at events such as TedX, SXSW Interactive, Ignite, Educating for Resilience, the CPPA conference, and the CPA convention, among others.
